If you have questions about our ADHD coaching services, we are happy to provide you with a free 20-minute consultation. Examples of the topics we can cover: Are you looking for a diagnosis or services in your area? Would you like to know more about our coaching packages? Tired of feeling stuck and overwhelmed? Are you continuously spinning too many plates at once? Do you want to learn how to get more done in less time? Fed up with creating systems that never work? Difficulty getting started or not finishing? Looking for ways to overcome your current challenges? Interested in developing your self-awareness? Does your child or partner have ADHD and do you feel you need support? In this discovery call, you will learn what options are available to you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 48 hours half the appointment fee will be charged If you cancel in less than 24 hours or do not turn up for your appointment the full fee is payable.
