ADHD Essential Group Coaching (EVE)

Service Description

We believe that participating in ADHD group coaching sessions offers numerous benefits, including: Community Support: Engage with like-minded individuals who understand the unique challenges of ADHD. It's a space to share experiences, strategies, and encouragement. Collective Learning: Benefit from the collective wisdom of the group. Group coaching provides diverse perspectives and a range of coping strategies that can be incredibly valuable. Accountability and Motivation: The group dynamic fosters a sense of accountability and motivation. Knowing that others are on a similar journey can inspire commitment and progress. Skill Building: Group coaching sessions provide a structured environment for developing specific skills and strategies tailored to managing ADHD-related challenges in various aspects of life. Safe and Inclusive Environment: Our sessions are designed to be a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where everyone's experiences are respected. It's an environment where you can freely discuss your concerns and celebrate achievements. We are thrilled about the possibility of having you join our upcoming sessions. After booking your place, we will arrange a 20-minute Zoom call to go through your ADHD Life Skills Assessment. You can reserve your place with a deposit of £97. An invoice for the balance can be paid in full before the sessions start, or you can choose to pay in 4 weekly instalments of £75. After completing these sessions, we can discuss which option best aligns with your ongoing ADHD coaching needs if you want to carry on with ADHD coaching.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within less than 48 hours half the appointment fee will be charged If you cancel in less than 24 hours or do not turn up for your appointment the full fee is payable.
